Our refund and return policy.

Our refund and return policy.

Purchases made through Indian Time Arts online shop are usually final and there are no refunds on items under 200. $US (price of one item only, not combined). Also because silver jewelry, stones, photography prints need to be handle with care and can be fragile.

BUT, I do want my customers to be happy with their purchases so if there is any major problem with your jewelry purchase please contact me and I will see what I can do; especially for a rings purchase since I understand that it can be difficult to know the exact right size.  Also, I do not accept returns on silver jewelry for reasons like: the customer changed his/ her mind and would prefer to get a new item added later in the BOUTIQUE, the leather cord or chain with a pendant is too long or too short, the colors are not exactly the same as on the pictures of this items (it can vary with the computer screen or light).  Please read carefully the item description before making your purchase.

Note that the pictures of my jewelry are often taken in macro mode to show the details of a piece and may seem much bigger than in reality. make sure you check the dimensions or sizes provided in the description of each item and feel free to contact me before making your purchase if you have additionnal questions.

" Note that handcrafted items are not perfect and this is the beauty of handmade objects. They look professional, but not machine made.  I like the little quirks that show up, some of which could certainly be counted as flaws, but for the most part they just add character and are part of the artist signature. Especially in my case, most of my artisan jewelry is made out of .999 Silver Clay. After modeling my pieces, I need to put them fire them in in a kiln... so it does give a more "clay made" look on some of the pieces, that I like a lot... And it gives me more flexibility of patterns and shapes for my jewelry inspired by old traditionnal Native American Indian objects... This process of working, allows me to create pieces that could hardly have the same looks and designs if working in the traditionnal silversmith way "!
