dg Hatch, Chippewa flute maker & artist.
Native American Indian Flutes by dg Hatch:
I, Nathalie Picard, am also a professionnal musician, composer, storyteller and Native American Indian flute player. I studied classical, jazz, latin jazz (Brazilian and Cuban) and electroacoustic music. I did recording sessions with different artists and for movies in Canada.
I met my husband dg Hatch, a Chippewa artist from the Sault-Ste-Marie tribe in Michigan at a Native Flute & Drum festival in USA. Dennis has been making flutes for more than 20 years. He makes amazing single and double authentic Native American Indian flutes. His professionnal flutes are made in one solid bore (this means his flutes are not cut in half and glued together like most of the flutes but made out of one solid piece of wood. End caps can be added for adding different woods and colors). His first concern being the sound quality, these master flutes will satisfied the needs of professionnal players and there hauting tones will capture the ears of audiences of all ages and origins...
You can visit his website at www.dghatchflutes.com
You can contact him about his inventory update for his flutes, water drums, iroquoian horn rattles, original paintings and scultpures that might not all be displayed on his website!
